We want to reward loyal clients with Kate Coins. It’s a programme built around cashbacks and other benefits. As our Full Stack Developer, you bring new possibilities to the client. An interesting job, because you’ll be working with our IT architecture and systems, new applications with blockchain technology, KBC Mobile and the various products that KBC offers. On top of all this, you’ll be working with a diverse group of driven colleagues.

You add your strengths to the Group Applications Services department, where we work on projects including programmable money on both a local and a group level. Every day, we strive for high-quality solutions for our clients, ensuring they fit smoothly into the different architectures we use in Belgium and in our entities in other countries.

In this team, you focus on new applications with Kate Couns, for internal products and for external partners.

What do we expect from you? You work with your colleagues on the future of Kate Coins New features; Maintenance; Optimisation of the architecture; Keeping our solution future-proof. Your challenge? Developing and integrating features so that they can be rolled out to clients in KBC Mobile. You also take on the maintenance of solutions. You translate a functional design into clearly structured, secure and high-performance code . Quality is in teamwork – which is why you communicate with colleagues throughout the development process. Jouw profiel Your profile You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT. Writing high-quality code is absolu your thing high-performing, secure, stable and clear to colleagues who dive into your code. You have experience with databases – Postgres, Flyway; backend – Java (preferably v+), Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Maven; frontend – Typescript, Angular (preferably v+), Playwright; deployment – Kubernetes, (Red Hat OpenShift), Jenkins. You, like your colleagues, tackle challenges with a positive mindset . When things run a little less smoothly, you keep looking for solutions. You look forward to committing to innovations and continuing to learn more. You are available to work (in Belgium) within two months . You communicate clearly in English and preferably also in Dutch .
